Mike will ensure you get the size you want that fits your exact needs. We’ve built a wide variety of docks, but our most popular layouts are 22’ x 36’ and 34’ x 36’.

As you see in these images, your dock will be built by experienced professionals with structural integrity and personal aesthetic in mind.

Design Your Blueprint

Mike Thomasson has been designing and building docks for over 35 years. With his knowledge in the industry, there will be no second-guessing if you’re going to love your dock.

Mike will work with you on the exact layout you want and ensure that your boat slip and/or sea-doo slip will be perfect for your exact watercraft.

Structure

We only build with the proper materials. When we create custom docks, we want to make sure that it is going to withstand the lake elements and continue floating for years to come.

BASE: All our bases are assembled and welded right in our shop with the utmost precision. We then transport it to a galvanizer to give it that lasting finish. Once we bring it back we raise the roof…

UPPER STRUCTURE: Built with premium I-beam and square tubing, we build the upper structure before final attachment; this ensures that everything is perfectly put together giving it the structural integrity it needs.

Decking

Wooden decking is a product of the past. We exclusively use Trex Decking. We prefer Trex over other options because it outperforms all other materials, it’s incredibly durable, and let’s face it, it’s a gorgeous product.

With multiple color options available, you will have a finished look that stands out and fits your lake life style.

Dock Delivery

These docks don’t get slapped on a flatbed and go down the road. Our luxury docks are considered over-sized loads by the state, which is why we bring in the professionals.

We have select companies we trust that come in and help us transport safely without incident. These guys are Heavy-Haulers; it is a quite literally a craft to deliver a product this large without a cosmetic injury, eliminating any street signs, or making locals mad. Safety is the number one priority aside from bringing you the dock of your dreams.
